MIKE WEIR MIRACLE GOLF DRIVE FOR KIDS JUNE 24th PUBLIC GOLF CLINIC

Saskatoon, SK – In addition to the golf tournaments, the opportunity to watch 2003 PGA Masters Champion Mike
Weir play a round of golf and the Community Gala Dinner hosted by Corner Gas star Brent Butt, the “Mike Weir
Miracle Golf Drive for Kids” has now added a Golf Clinic to be conducted by Mike Weir himself. All activities of
June 24th will support the Children's Health & Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan and the provincial
Children's Hospital.

The organizing committee is pleased to announce the Mike Weir Golf Clinic and Demonstration on June 24th at
Griffiths Stadium, University of Saskatchewan. Gates will open at 2:30pm and the clinic begins at 3:00pm. The
general public and golf fans of all ages are welcome to watch and learn from Canada's favourite golfer. It is
a wonderful opportunity to witness Mike Weir's great shot-making and to hear him describe how he plans and
executes all those unbelievable golf shots. Mike will be sharing his experiences, practices and showcasing his
talents for everyone in attendance. “We are very grateful that Mr. Weir has agreed to spend some time with the
public. We look forward to seeing a great turn-out and the type of welcome that only Saskatchewan hospitality
can produce,” says Doug Hodson, Chair of the volunteer organizing committee.

Tickets are $20 and children 6 years and under, are free. Purchase your tickets on-line now at

be sold at Griffiths Stadium on June 24th.
